Not legally. There are certainly some merchants who will allow
out-of-state customers to avoid the sales tax, but as far as I
know, that is illegal in all the states you mentioned.

Not legally. There are certainly some merchants who will allow
out-of-state customers to avoid the sales tax, but as far as I
know, that is illegal in all the states you mentioned.

Since when? Do you have any laws to cite that say that sales tax laws
work differently for Americans than for foreign visitors?
