Paris: best low-cost hotel near train-station east?

Can anyone recommend a good hotel, inexpensive but clean, near the
east train station in Paris? We will be taking a train from Germany
to the Paris Est station and would like something close enough to walk
to if possible.

When I stayed there nearly 2 years ago, I found the Ibis Gare de l'Est
Chateau Landon to be very good. www.ibishotels.com
They have three good reviews at www.tripadvisor.com

I search with mappy www.mappy.com, location gives those (good) hotels
and web references to the reservation sites with photos and prices
(around 85€/night).
