Default question about tour operator

Hi

Has anyone ever gone on a tour through orlandotours.com ?? I am asking
because there are two tours I want to book with them, but I have emailed
them around 6 times and received no reply. I can't phone them because it is
international and the rates too high. I don't really want to give my money
to people who don't reply to emails and requests, but they seem to be the
only people who do a trip to the Florida Mall.

I sure wouldn't do business with someone that unresponsive, but it's also
unclear to me why you'd need a tour operator. Just take a taxi to the mall -
it's right by everything:

Also, aren't phone calls from Australia to the USA the same price as calls
within Australia? From here (USA) to Australia doesn't cost any more than
calling two towns up the road.

Just curious, if you can't afford a phone call, how can you afford a tour?

A traditional "Your call is important to us but wait anyway" could cost
more than the tour before you get thru.

Why would you want to do business with a company that is completely
unresponsive to you? Do you like being ripped off? You can probably
arrange your own vacation much cheaper than most tour operators anyway
so why not look into booking the various elements of your trip on your
own?
