Depends on where you're standing...

Tell us the difference...

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
Time for tea.

A radio signal carries information.

Erm... No

Not unless location is a consideration.

But keep trying.

How does the average passenger determine when the aircraft is above 10,000
feet?

The PA comes on and a voice says 'Passengers may use electrical equipment
such as...'

By the "double ding" from the cockpit or the announcement from the FA.

Do you have any idea what the term "RF" stands for?

Not necessarily. But I can see the semantic argument.

On BA, that is when the seat belt sign goes off. It is academic to you, of
course, as you haven't been outside of Paris for the past 5 years.

A radio signal carries information.

Unless by "radio signal" you are
thinking of a strictly intentional transmission.

Very good!

The problem is, that distinction is not a relevant one
given the original usage of the term "radio signal."

MX's flight simulator doesn't have a PA for passengers. Anthony can't
comprehend any airplane operation which he can't play with on MSFS.

Unless it is included in MSFS, Anthony can't comprehend it.
