Victoria BC

A group of us were up to zipline in Victoria this week. When we got
off the Clipper we saw a strange blond man with a brown goatee,
wearing clogs, white pants and a sort of India style long shirt (down
below his knees). His silver Mercedes said DVNLVE (Divine Love) on
the license plate. He seemed to be in the parkign lot trolling for
folks. We have bets: is he running a guru-led commune, or a porno
shop? Anyone up there ever seen this guy? What's his story?

Can't say that I saw such a man. You could have asked him That's what I
would have done. Also, I'd ask him if I could take his photo.

I ignore such people.
Sounds like just an old goofy guy, who has some money.
He is likely selling his church.
