Has anyone been to Croatia?
I've heard Croatia has some of the most beautiful Mediterranean
coastline in all of Europe and I'd love to go there. Does someone have some good recommendations about where to go and what to do? |

when someone (anyone) needs the pot, you may leap out from under the bed. Thank you. "Martin" a écrit dans le message de ... During that whole thread I was wondering, "What is the Croatian word for 'spam'...???". ...don't be such a killjoy, for crying out loud...!!! I don't recommend places I haven't been to myself. :-) OT - ish anecdote: A friend of mine is a United Airlines flight steward, on a recent trip to Paris the crew was in the van on the way to their hotel. One of the stewardesses was a newbie, it was her first trip to Paris. When they went by the Eiffel Tower, she said, "Oh, the Eiffel Tower! What is all that scaffolding around it!?"... Like Cathy + Bill, some people are better just staying at home... Then there was the guy I knew who was a TWA steward, on his first flight to London he wondered what the "odd smell" was in their hotel room. Turns out it was a dead body under the bed... I don't remember the name of the hotel, alas... Flying has lost it's glamour... -- Best Greg |
