Each individual herb in the supplements has been used in correct
proportions so that the negative effects of each herb are harmonized by

one another and only the positive effect remains to effectively help
the underlying problem.
The formulas benefits cannot be attributed to one or two single
nutrient but rather it is a synergy of all its ingredients, in their
ideal, time tested combination and concentration that makes the
formulas very powerful and work far better than any single nutrient on
its own. Consideration should not be given upon individual ingredients.

It is a combined effort.
These supplement remedies are made up of 5 to 150 different herbs that
are selected by their taste and other specific criteria and they vary
in size, dosage and color. The variation in size and dosage is
dependent on the potency of each pill. Color variation depends on the
combination of herbs in each supplement since each variation produces
its own unique color during the formulation process.
The remedies are not only for temporary symptoms but it also helps the
root cause not just symptoms.
Herbs used in the supplements are collected mainly from the higher
regions of Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan and Ladakh.
They are all natural and does not contain any preservatives, artificial

colors, additives etc.

1. Health Tips

Weight Loss: To lose weight, you can take a glass of boiled water, cool

it till it becomes warm then add a "small" spoon of honey and drink it
half an hour before each meal. You should avoid drinking excess liquid
after the meal.

Taking the vegetable Bitter gourd also called Karela is very beneficial

in controlling blood sugar. You should take the vegetable at least two
to three times a week. Cook the vegetable, add spices if you like and
take it.

If you are having headaches then you should not live in a smoke filled
area, should try not to lose sleep, should avoid alcohol, should avoid
excessive talking or weeping, should not face towards strong breezes.

If you have frequent urination then you should avoid excessive use of
salty or sweet foods, or of food having cool and heavy power; lying on
wet places etc. These factors develop phlegm and fat which cannot be
transformed into bodily energies. Thus, they gradually fall into the
urinary bladder and increase the urine which increases in sediment.

If you have hemorrhoids then you should avoid excessive use of
purgatives, application of enema with force; sitting on a very thin
cushion; applying pressure when constipated; withholding urine or
flatulence; horse riding. Any of these factors can disturb the
descending wind and cause hemorrhoids to develop.

If you have heart disorders then you should avoid mental depression,
irregular meals, broken sleep and violent anger.

If you have kidney problems then you should avoid eating cold foods,
lifting or carrying very heavy things; lying on wet places; playing in
the water, eating cold foods etc.

If you have lung problems then you should avoid rotten and sour foods;
rancid butter; salty foods; smokey places; physical exertion.

If you are a male and have bladder disorders then you should avoid
sexual intercourse in excess; forcing or withholding the flow of urine,

faeces, semen etc. If you are a female and have bladder disorders then
you should avoid sexual intercourse in excess; inappropriate food and
behaviour after delivery or during menstrual periods.

If you have tumors then you should avoid eating uncooked foods, eating
irregularly, eating without having properly digested the previous food.

Foods will not be digested and absorbed by the body and they will turn
into mucus and block the channels disrupting the whole system and
resulting in tumors.

If you have gout then you should avoid exposing your body towards the
sun, should avoid sleeping during the daytime, eating meat, fat and
drinking beer. You should do some exercise. Over-exertion is also not
recommended.

If you are having cramps then you should avoid taking foods that have
contradictory actions in one serving, should take foods that are easy
for the digestive system, should avoid perspiring followed by chilling
which disturbs the "worms" parasites. Some cramps are caused due to
spirits. According to Tibetan medicine, there are 1080 spirits of which

360 are male, 360 are female and 360 are earth owned spirits.

More will be added.
