I stayed there in May. Close enough to the Cross to walk to, far enough
away that there are no problems for the kids.

Basic and clean, with kitchen/cooking facilities. A little tired in the
fittings, TV is basic.

On the bus route to the city, via the Cross (some buses go via Circular
Quay, others via Central Station, roughly 15-20 minutes to the city
depending on traffic). The room had a QS bed for Mum and Dad and a
double bunk for the kids. I booked through

stays it may be worth contacting them direct. It cost me about AU$80 per
