Default Travelex vs. Travel Guard

I have preexisting conditions and have to decide by June 9, which
insurance to take out. I am taking a once in a lifetime trip to
Alaska. I have aging parents that I look out for. So the question is
which insurance is more likely to come through for me if either I get
sick or one of my parents falls ill.

I have used Travel Guard in the past, but have never had to file a
claim. I have almost had to, and probably should have but decided to
eat the cost rather than mess with it. My mother filed a claim with
them for treatment on a cruise and it took a year to get reimbursed.

The tour group coordinator works with Travelex. The choices are
between Travel Guards's: Cruise, Tour, and Travel or Travelex's Travel
Plus.

Thank you for your help! Conrad
