Default Trek from Jumla to Beni

Hi!

This year I'm planning my 3rd trek in Nepal.
This time, with my friend, we would like to do trek from Jumla to Beni.

I read a little information in a topic:
http://trekkingforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3659

But I can't read german perfectly

I have several questions if You can help me, it'll be great and I'll be very
grateful

1. Route.
It depends on permits, but I would like to take:
Jumla-Kaigaon-Kagmara La-Phoksumdo(Rigmo) then 2 possibilities:
=Dho Tarap-Tarakot (more interesting)
=Sepka-Dunai-Tarakot (less interesting, but if way through Dho is closed
for individuals I have no other choice).
Then two possibilities from Tarakot:
= Mukut-Mu La- "False" Hidden Valley - Thapa(Dhampus) Pass-Marpha-Beni
(isn't there a direct path between Mukut and "False" Hidden Valley ? - I
mean direct through Mukut Himal range - not to go round through Mu La and
Tuche La) = http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/2...nvalley7lx.jpg
or finally less interesting route to Beni:
=Dhorpatan-Beni

Map of region (less interesting route variant) You can find he
http://4free.ch/Nepal/karten/DhorpatanJumla.jpg

2. How to get there.
I have not found any direct flight from Pokhara/Ktm to Jumla.
Have You heard anything about such a connection?
If not, how many hours takes a bus ride from Pokhara to Nepalgunj ?

3. Permits.
That's the point.
I would like to make this trek on my own, like I used to do before. I'm a
mountaineer (UIAA member) and guide in Poland. I'm quite good at orientation
and I'm physically strenght (30 years old). I made Annapurna Circuit in 7
days - that's my pace, which I prefer. And after all, I don't have enough
money for organised tour. Maybe I'll hire some porters/guides on the way.
Of course I don't want to brake any local rules. So, please write me:
a) which mentioned route must be done with permit (Jumla-Kaigaon,
Kaigaon-Phoksumdo, Kaigaon-Dunai, Phoksumdo-Dunai, Phoksumdo-Dho-Tarakot,
Tarakot-Mukut-Marpha, Dunai-Dhorpatan-Beni) ? I mean from which exact place
I need permit.
b) could I get a permit for Lower Dolpo as individual ? I heard that some
agencies allow this - I pay them only service fee for a favour of obtaining
permit from immigration office.
c) could I get tickets (entrance fees) for Phoksmundo National Park and
Dhorpatan Area somewhere on the way ?
d) could I obtain permits and tickets in Pokhara (because I'll travel
overland from Delhi, and it'll be much faster to get
into Pokhara, obtain all documents and take a bus to Nepalgunj).
e) what about maoist charge on the way ? Is it something like 15USD or
rather 80USD ?

4.Provisions.
I know that it's almost totally camping trek, but I would like to know
places with lodges/tea houses on the way Jumla-Marpha or Jumla-Dhorpathan.
I have this list:
http://www.welcomenepal.com/dolpa/ex...omodation.html
and additional:
Dho - Lonje (Tarap?) 2 Lodges
Lawan - 1 Lodge
Sahartara- 1 Lodge
Kolagau(Kolagaon)- 3 Lodges
Here are some new places on the map:
http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/5...odation2pz.jpg
a) Do You heard about some new places to add them on the list ?
b) Where is Tarabagar (other name of this place) ?
c) Can I buy food/supplies/provisions in lodges/tea houses (I'm looking for
simple food like rice, noodle soup, eggs,
chappati).
d) Do You know any other places on the way where I can buy food ?

Best Regards and thank You for help

Martin
