Default Internet Service Provider for travel in UK, France

Can anyone recommend a good US ISP -- or European that will take a
short-term contract -- that provides dial-up access from the UK
and France, as well?

Iberpass (www.iberpass.com) worked very well for me on my last trip to
France...
