Nice, France hotels - comments on my options, please
We will be in the city in December, and prefer a budget-oriented (less
than 100 euro) place, with some local color. My research has suggested at least 4 choices: the Windsor, Grimaldi, Gounod, and Locarno. Any experiences or comments would be most appreciated - or other alternatives.
