Default Hurricane

How many passengers can a port handle? With twice as many visitors,
are there enough facilities and activities to keep them all happy?
We'll prolly have to skip Half Moon Cay, but that will be better than
sharing with 3 other ships.

All cruises going East will most likely go west. Carnival has already moved
some ships to western itinerarys.
