Anyone have any good places to find fares from SFO or No. California..love
to get a reasonable fare ..I live in the Sacramento-San Francisco area so
lots of airports in the area.

What is "reasonable"?
Is OAK too far?

Where have you looked?
Regular fare sites show similar fares for the carriers, AA (MX
codeshare), MX, and AM all have similar fares. Showing about $636 from
OAK for a nonstop. $513 for connections from SMF. This is for Jan 12-22,
since you didn't mention any specific dates. You might try looking for a
consolidator for better fares, or ethnic specialists.

You might also try Fresno-Guadalajara on MX nonstop.
You didn't say when you want to fly, so it's difficult to assess the fare
for this route.

not much...very expensive and only a 3 hr flight out of SFO or SMF..can fly
two trips to the East coast for one trip to Mexico.

It's about the market factors, not the just the distance. For $500, you
could probably fly to Europe in January.

Still 500 or so dollars is a much better deal than driving by yourself.

$485 R/T on US Airways from FAT-GDL w/1 stop in PHX or $526 nonstop on
Mexicana. Nothing is cheap, as I am flying FAT-ASE next month for $389 and
my partners who arrive 1 day after me, are paying $491.

America West shows $407. from sfo(tax incl.) thru Phx. (leave on Jan 11)

Frontier shows $407.00 from Fresno. (travel on wednesdays)
