Victoria Court Hotel in Sydney

Has anyone ever stayed at the Victoria Court?

Haven't stayed there, but Victoria Street is in Kings Cross, Sydney where
there are a lot of hotels, nightclubs, restaurants and it is only a few
minutes train or bus ride to the CBD.

There are 4 reviews of it at www.tripadvisor.com, mostly favourable.

Yes...in 1997 and 1999, FWTW. Generally a good location--near
restaurants, a CityRail station, a laundromat, convenience stores, a
"chemist" (that's "pharmacy" to us Americans) and bus stops. OTOH, it
is the Kings Cross area--walk 1 block and you'll find the Wayside
Chapel, a haunt of the down and out. Also be prepared for the odd
24-hour party person under your window on the weekend. The breakfast
buffet was a bit of a surprise for a boutique hotel: strictly
high-carb, no fresh fruit (canned or juice), and no caffeine-free warm
beverages. Some of the rooms have a shower stall that would be a tight
fit if you're obese. If you can handle a bathroom a flight of steps
from your room and little floor space, there is (still?) a perfectly
adequate "budget" room on the top floor.
