Default (WAS or NYC) --> Bombay VIA (Frankfurt or Amsterdam)

Hi,

I'm trying to fly to Bombay from the east coast, but spend a couple of weeks
in Europe on the way.

I know nothing about online consolidators, and the many websites I have been
to have been filled with popups and cookies, so I'm not sure about trusting
them.

Quick question: Can anyone point me to reliable consolidators who have
stops in europe and asia. and where I can buy tickets with a multi-day/week
layover?

thanks for any help

-sachin

ps. searching the archives proved futile...maybe someone can recommend a
good search thread?

stopovers are generally free or nominal in cost but usually involve about 72
hours or less

in the luxury of your situation, you might find things much the better to
book a round trip into your preferred European stop and book a second round
trip from Europe to Mumbai

you also have the luxury of booking the Europe-BOM round trip form that
airport which yields the lowest cost - and the same with the US-EU airport
pair
