Flying / transferring domestic interstate. with a wheelchair

Can anyone tell me if Virgin put Isle Wheel Chairs up into their
planes on the Gold Coast / Coolangatta.

I know they do in Brisbane , also I am pretty big and not much good at
helping my carer transfer me , and there is so little room

I'm just after people comments / experiences.

Call Virgin directly and talk to them. You have a valid concern and
talking to them should help dispell any fears you may have.
Normally, airlines have a special services person who will ensure all
arrangements are made prior to your arrival; will ensure staff are
available to assist.

Danny, try talking to them.

For passengers who are disabled and need assistance, the booking people will
still give you the Internet fare, even though you are telephoning (which you
need to do anyway to put in the details in their PNR.)
I can't see any problem, as they are going to have to put you on the lift
anyway.
