Default toilets in subways--formerly public toilets in Italy

Didn't know subways in San Francisco had toilets, guess I never
noticed
the few times I've used the subways there.

The toilet facility is outside the paid area, in the stations that
serves both metro and BART trains. The toilets are properly BART
facilities, but I can't imagine the BART people refusing to give you a
key.
