Blue Ridge Parkway
Subject: Blue Ridge Parkway
From: Date: 4/5/04 11:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time Message-id: I've driven the Blue RIdge twice in the last five years and like it a lot. I've taken several of the hikes to scenic spots along the route. In several instances the particular panorama or view said to be the culmination of the hike is totally blocked by trees. (Except when they're leafless.) I like trees and all. But I wonder what would be wrong with cutting some of them just a little to restore the view that was once there. |

Blue Ridge Parkway
That is very true, same thing needs to be done on the Cabot Trail, I
guess its cost preventive. |
