For instances:

Harmless cutting of toenails in aisle because the TSA probably told him to take his shoes off, the solution is to sweep up with broom and dust pan, and
have them shoes sent on a later flight.

Requesting that engine be shut-off because child couldn't fall asleep. The solution is to turn off engine and then turn it on quickly to make at least an interesting backfire noise that kids luv.
