Early us visa (H1B, F1, B1,B2) appointment in canada (Toronto,Monteal, Quebec, Montreal)

Right now, it is so hard to get us visa in canada Toronto. Just check
visa appointment reservation system every day and can not find a spot.
Not only H1B, same as F1, B1 and B2. Any better idea? Maybe I have to
fly to Halifax.

Yes. there are lots of people are trying to get a US visa appointment
on Toronto, Montreal, Quebec or Ottawa. One way you can do is just
check booking system everyday. Keep refreshing if you have high speed
internet connection and free time. If you don't want to spend time,
another way is try some reservation website like www.gtasaving.com etc.
