Peeing in Costa Rica (real post)
We'll be driving all over Costa Rica for three weeks with three young
kids - 8, 5 and 3. I wondered what was protocol for handling nature's call when on long drives? Service station? Banana tree? Muchisima gracias, Michael |

A descreet tree or behind the car door is fine.
I would avoid service stations as much as possible and have toilet seat covers and clorox wipes no matter what public toilet is being used. I travel frequently in Central America (primarily Honduras) and this is the norm even for the better off locals.
