Input for Review of Tailors in HK?
All,
I am travelling to HK in the next couple of weeks and need a suit for myself and my wife. Having trawled through Google News this morning I made a note of all the tailors recommended by people. Some may not exist any more (I did go back to 1996) but I'd be interested (as I'm sure others would be) to have a view of any of those mentioned. Here's the list: British Tailors (Ocean Terminal) Any tailor in the Admiralty Complex (are there many?) Four Seasons Tailors (TST) Sams (Overated?) Ying Tai Ah-Man Any Chinese Tailor in TST Samtani Harry M Regazza Fashions (sounds dodgy to me!) Shanghai Waiwing (ask for David Cheng) Princeton Tailors (ask fro Simson Sim) Kwun Kee Tailor Ascot Chang (expensive) Mr. David W.W. Chan E-House Custom Tailor (in the Hyatt Regency) Shanghai Custom Tailor (in the New World Trade Centre - Kowloon side) Larry Malkan (Mody Road) Henry Umesh (Middle Road, Farest Arcade) Thoughts on the above would be appreciated! Thanks Greg |
