Help Save the Historic Australian 3801 Steam Train
Locomotive 3801 and its historic carriages have been maintained and
operated for 20 years by the not-for-profit company, 3801 Limited. On November 26, the lease of locomotive 3801 from RailCorp will end and the company faces an uncertain future. 3801 Limited's carriages are to be listed for deaccession by RailCorp and the future of the historic home of 3801 is in doubt. Please let the NSW Premier and State Government representatives know you want the lease of 3801, its heritage carriages and the home of 3801 extend with 3801 Limited and saved for future generations. See: http://www.3801limited.com.au/helpus ps: Background on the web page redesign for the campaign at http://www.tomw.net.au/blog/2006/10/help-save-historic-3801-steam-train.html. |
