conditioned. Toronto has an excellent transit system, and taxis are

I'm spending 2 nights (effectively one full day) in Toronto (Holiday Inn
on King) in late July ... can anyone recommend places to visit during
the day ?


Montreal.


In case the original poster might take this seriously -- read it as a
suggestion to spend a day in Montreal *instead of* Toronto. (Or in
other words, an insult.) The two cities are too far apart for a day
trip to be feasible.

Thanks - yes, I realised that when I checked the map. (I didn't really
think it was feasible, but I thought I'd better make certain..)
