Default Maasdam Information

We will be sailing on the Maasdam soon and are looking for information
from someone who has been on it recently. We are in an outside cabin
E without a balcony. Do all cabins have coffee makers and robes
provided? Has the ship undergone its update or been refurbished yet?
What hours were pool and lido buffet open? How much were drinks and
spa treatments (eg massage)? Thanks for any info you can provide. We
will also gladly answer questions after we return.

It's fairly standardized on all HAL ships. Your cruise package will
provide all the times of operation for restaurants, buffets, room
service and such. I don't recall coffee makers, or bath robes. We had
an outside ocean view cabin on Veendam's Main Deck. When we sailed on
ms Zuiderdam we had a Deluxe Outside Verandah. It had the robes, mini
refrigerator but I don't remember a coffee maker. We just called room
service when we wanted coffee. They were usually there with a cup
better than I can make in a few minutes. Depending upon what you drink
it ranges from $3.50 for soda to $6.50 for some specialty drinks.

Your travel agent or 1-800-SAIL-HAL agent should be able to provide
information about dry dock cycles and additional information.
