Default Cruise lines Financial strength

I noticed on Travel Guards site they only insure cruises on
Carnival,RCL, NCL, and Princess Lines, but none of their subsidiaries.
This would seem to indicate the other cruise lines do not have the same
financial strength and would be a higher risk for failure.
