Hmmm, They can video you but you can't video them?


They can be video'd anytime, anywhere. But a person with half a brain
would keep it quiet, and then turn the tape over to a lawyer or the
media.

Video taping the police, and then yelling "nah-nah - I'm taping you" is
not a good idea. *Anywhere*

I don't want to be videotaped and I am sure you don't want to be
videotaped. It doesn't mean we can prevent it either. You haven't
described the nature of the videotaping. The press of some freedom to
videotape but they are bound by special laws and rulings by judges and
courts that you may not be familiar with and nor
would most of the general public. Each case is unique and unfortunately
you haven't setout the facts of the
case for us to enjoy and ponder.

If you kept video taping your neighbour without good reason, you may be
charged, too. Context is important to any charge.
