Default Just Got Back From Taormina

I just returned from Taoramina. It's true what is commonly said - the
most beautiful place in the world. The town is set on a mountain about
600 feet high above the sea. Then you have mountains abouve and a
10,000 foot smoldering volcano towering over everything. Really
spectacular. Hotels cater to every budget but you must book in advance.
Many hotels start at US$130.00. Food appears inexpensive but the
portions are so small that after ordering a three or four course lunch
or dinner you are spending $20-40. If you only have a couple of days
this place is worth the expense. Truely spectacular.
