Have found out my answer,the brochure is for 2010 &2011,and it depends
on what date you are going as to what the final cost will be. Talked to
my travel agent and she said to hold on for a while.

You're seeing the value of a good TA. They can see availability... see
if they think prices will drop or go up.

I'm booked on the august 19th EOS. I booked it last summer and have
had one price drop. As of the last time I checked online the price was
around $1200 for the cheapest inside cabin on the RCCL website. I just
keep monitoring it and hoping for a further price drop. Last time I
was on the explorer (during president's week no less) a balcony opened
up for about $200 more than the inside cabin I had booked. The price
drop happened about 3 months before the cruise. Since RCCL will honor
a price drop, you can always book it and then get the lower price if
it drops.
