I'm just looking fore reason's for Charles to legally shoot the
passenger on the phone.

Some people just need killing.

Obnoxious, loud-mouth cell phone users on airplanes come to mind....

What about obnoxious, loud-mouthed cell phone users in restaurants?

Or do you think that's too harsh?
---------------------------------------------

Probably. You can, after all, leave the restaurant.

On the other hand, inside a dark theatre would be a good time to
practice your garrotte skills.

Aaaaah, the silent treatment. Luv' it.

There's a reason they're called "classics."

But... what if they're actually calling the phone connected to a bad
thing in their check bag?
That happens so often that it is probably on the very edge of
everyone's
mind as they start that take off roll down the runway.

Chicken bones shoved sideways down their throat is far more appropriate

Not into a cargo hold it doesn't.

Mil Handbook 419A covers grounding , bonding , and shielding pretty
well. Read the chapter on screen rooms before making statements that
cell phones will not work in a cargo hole. To keep out rf signals
takes a lot of

have you ever worked in a shielded room? Either double screened, or
one that looks like a walk in freezer? (A shielded and air conditioned
computer room.) What it takes to keep RF out is to electrically bond
all the seams, and make sure the door seals are clean and in good
condition. That cargo hold would be at least two layers of metal from
the outside.

Well, you should let them finish eating.....after all, their relatives
will have to pick up the tab.

And you can order your last meal while you're there...
