HR427 Vietnam Human Rights Act -- VC Leaders are Acting like Aggressive and Remorseless Criminals

Vietnam is not small fish - there was some testimony last years before the House and/or Senate as to Vietnam having gone into the WMD field. They have had a CBW program since the early 1960 period. Vietnam is also said to have developed a new relationship with China ? Could you please provide a concrete evidence on your accusation. This is probably 100th time that I heard this accusation from you but I haven't seen no evidence from you just yet. For the start, could you provide some names and the date of the testimony involved? Source: http://www.aeronautics.ru/nws002/afm136.htm Finally, I see that you certainly go real cold on the China's case. By your categories: developing WMD in 1960's and aiding "hostile states", China would have been on the top of your list. Did China develop WMD back in 1960's? Oh yeap, No doubt. Aiding North Korea? But at least, the INS should start to impose a new requirement in which any new male applicant (ages 18 to 35) for a green card or US citizenship should first serve at least 3 years in military in his new country. Otherwise, we kept getting a bunch of smart asses who always speak on both sides of their mouth... In recent days, there have been so many members of former police force, children and relatives of high ranking commie party members making up a large number of the anti-american Americans!!! These people would always maintain that there is nothing wrong with Vietnam and the US government should continue to aid and reinforce the oppressive machine--the Vietnamese Communist Party--in a place where the majority of people when given a chance would leave the country in a heart beat! n.t. HR427 Vietnam Human Rights Act -- VC Leaders are Acting like Aggressive and Remorseless Criminals
Former Director of Naval Intelligence/DIA Director. Testimony by a R/Adm.
Common knowledge around Washington and the testimony was unclassified. I will endeavor to get you an exact citation. Dr. Thach, former Minister of Health headed North Vietnam's CBW program during the war years. Common knowledge, see transcripts of the former HCIS, SCIS 1973 . He is quoted in several books. He was a close friend of Burchett who was a KGB propaganda expert in Hanoi. Research was carried out under the guise of academic research. After Thach died I am not sure who took the program over. As for the issue of Israel - weapons development in Israel are defensive in nature. Israel is an U.S. allied nation . However, the majority of states in the Middle East have offensive programs. ---------------------------------------------------------- "Tran Cao Ky" wrote in message om... "JASON A. Go to any college or university library that is a U.S. Gov. depository. I
believe you once stated you were in the WDC area. So you have access to the NARC. You can get access to the reports of the HCIS and SCIS. The alternative is the LC and you can spend time going through many volumes. Also, look up Monterey Institute. Vietnam is listed as a nation with CBW program - top institute in Monitoring CBW issues on a global basis. You will also find a lot of case there on the subject. Also check the Naval Institute proceedings, back issues. More to follow later on the subject. "Doug Reese" wrote in message ... "JASON A. The U.S. should bar all travel to Vietnam and revoke the passports of anyone who violates it. They can cut off favored nation status and halt all imports from landing in the U.S by whatever means. Such sanctions will be followed by other nations as well. The U.S. can expel all diplomatic officials from the U.S. and should do so anyway since the Vietnamese are knowingly aiding terrorism on the global scene and have entered into an agreement with Fidel Castro to work against the United States. You know what? The United States is doing exactly just that to a tiny nation next to it just to get a couple of votes so King George will win(no i meant steal) Florida's 25 electorate vote in 2004 again. While other European Union countries and Canada are busy building dozens and dozens of tourist resorts in Cuba to make hundreds of millions of dollars, the United States is spending hundreds of millions of dollars of your tax money doing the opposite. King George keeps that travel restriction on cuba, and opposes to lift the 40 years embargo that never proven to work. Instead, he favors steepen that embargo just to make the florida's cuban happy so he can get that couple of vote in 2004. King George favors keeping that embargo so that more cuban will arrive in America, and he will get more vote. King George is rather watching millions of barrels of corn grew by the american farmers rotten than sell them to cuba to make money. His gain is at your cost. You know that thousands of cuban arrived in Florida each year that cost the states millions of dollars is social welfares. And that cost is paying for by your tax dollars, but instead we are in a huge deficit, your children and your grandchildren will pay for that. Such policies are not only pity, they are wrong, and they are fitted the definition of a politician who would do anything to get elected. That is why King George 's republican party just went against Bush's putting restriction on american travel to the island and trade. |

HR427 Vietnam Human Rights Act -- VC Leaders are Acting like Aggressive and Remorseless Criminals
The fact that you have to hide your identity as an unknown nobody
means that your opinions are not worth much! You are probably one of those VC security police, sitting in Hanoi, defending the iron-fisted rule of the VC tyrants, and their continual abuses of the people of Vietnam, for a small salary every month to feed your family! Your children will probably be deadly ashamed of you when they find out what you have to do to make a living! I have been interviewed a few times by the BBC for broadcast into Vietnam. The BBC stated that the VCP politburo in Hanoi keeps accusing that all people, who criticize its poor human rights records, are working for foreign interests. I maintain that I do not work for any foreign interests, but my own conscience, and my utmost concerns for the people of Vietnam who are now the poorest and most oppressed in the world under the totalitarian Communist regime! The BBC people called me for interview at my business. They know what I do for a living in my independent life! I do not make a penny fromthe US government or any political organization. The BBC stated that the VCP insists that there is religious freedom in Vietnam. I know from personal experiences that the VCP has been trying very hard to infiltrate, manipulate, subjugate, control and ultimately decimate all religions to maintain its supremacy in Vietnam! There are documents recently leaked to the press confirming the VCP's policies and concrete plan to subvert and eradicate all religions in Vietnam! The BBC stated that the VCP is screaming the US is interfering with Vietnam's internal politics with HR427. I maintain that the US is not interfering with anyone by witholding its own non-humanitarian aids to untrustworthy regimes. In fact the VCP has been paying lobbyists and mobilizing its diplomatic staffs and foreign students to lobby US congress, which are blatant attempts to interfere in the US internal affairs! US congress should refuse to listen to people who represent foreign interests such as Vietnam. The BBC insists that the US commission on International Religious Freedom's accusations of the VCP's abuses will be just again denied by the VCP, which will not bring about any concrete results. I insist that the brutal and shameless lies by the VCP has made it the subject of scorn ans suspicion by the rest of the world, even among the business community who wants to cooperate with the ruling tyrants to make profits! The business community also has social conscience. They are not likely to put their investments in countries where governments are oppressive and are not freely elected to represent the people, such as in Vietnam. The people of Vietnam could be as rich and as wealthy as the people in Singapore, Taiwan or South Korea if not for the VCP! With the VCP, the people of Vietnam will sink further into the pit of poverty and oppression created by the handful of VC leaders, who want to maintain their power and privileges at all costs to the people! The people of Vietnam are ultimately the losers to let the dumb VC's like Nong Duc Manh, Tran Duc Luong, Phan Van Khai, Nguyen Van An..... brutally lie, cheat, steal, abuse and be avoided like lepers by the rest of the world. Their dumb acts cannot fool the rest of the world! DOAN DUC TAM *********************************************** "unknown" wrote in message ... First on economy, "The objectives of this program are to strengthen the Vietnamese private sector, and to help the GOV to deepen trade and investment related reforms consistent with its commitments in the Bilateral Trade Agreement. Successful implementation of these reforms will also help Vietnam meet some of the requirements for accession into the World Trade Organization (WTO)." said the link. In other words, these aids designed to strengthen Vietnam's private sector or to help Vietnam's business sector become more capitalized. Second on healthcare, "USAID's Bureau for Global Health provides assistance to improve access to services for vulnerable groups through the Leahy War Victims Fund and the Displaced Children and Orphan Fund. The HIV/AIDS program helps Vietnam control the spread of HIV/AIDS by improving surveillance capacity and prevention interventions, and assisting people living with AIDS. The Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance helps Vietnam improve its disaster preparedness capacity, focusing on flood forecasting and mitigation. The United States-Asia Environmental Partnership (US-AEP) improves Vietnam's overall environmental financing and regulatory framework and develops decentralized approaches to urban and natural resource management through partnerships between U.S. and Vietnamese cities. Finally, USAID provides assistance to women and children rescued from trafficking."said the link. Program data sheet allocates to improve help strengthen the Vietnamese private sector: http://www.usaid.gov/pubs/cbj2003/ane/vn/440-006.html Program data sheet allocates to improve Vietnam's health system: http://www.usaid.gov/pubs/cbj2003/ane/vn/440-007.html I also searched at google.com to check the United States foreign military aids to other countries because it is an area which considered to be non-humanitarian aids. I found a pretty good link also and I look under Vietnam. http://www.fas.org/asmp/profiles/aid...bj08-easia.pdf All the infos are identical to the previous link is that it spells out U.S's aids to strengthen Vietnam's business sector and healthcare system, except the pentagon and pacific command add 100,000 dollars to train Vietnamese military officers to be proficient in English. The searches were certainly a good educational experience because now I know why the so called South Vietnamese regime lost the war despite massive U.S's support. I know why the so called exile Vietnam regime has litte success in their 30 years quest to bring about democratic changes to Vietnam. Because they use these stupid methods that shot themselves in the foot and turn the Vietnamese people against them. I ask myself what sort of people would want to cut off aids for their country to become more capitalist? Would such people's ideology similar to the control economy of communist's ideology? What sort people would want to cut off aids to people with HIV,orphan, victim of landmine, and flood? Would these people do anything to advance their political causes at a heavy expense of their own people? I would best call these people and such legislation of congress are anything, but human rights and democratic. Instead, I would call them not only pity, but wrong and evil. |
