Default Riu Palace Las Americas

My wife and I are thinking of going to Riu Palace Las Americas in Cancun in
late October. We are going with one other couple. This will be our first
time in Cancun. We are in our late-30s. Hearing of anyone's experience and
advice with this resort would be great. Thanks.

Might be tough to get opinions on this resort since it isn't even a
year old yet. We stayed in the Riu Palace in Playa Del Carmen a year
ago and everything was perfect except when I ate outside of the resort
area.

We wen to Riu Palace (got upgraded from one of the other Riu resorts) and
had a blast. Playa Del Carmen is a greay place. All of the Riu resorts are
very nice.
