Not being in business you have absolutely no idea as to the operating
costs of an airline. Have you ever considered the gate space, ramp,
rampees, catering (what there is of it today) the people who check you
in, computer time and programming and upgrades and reservations and
the web space, landing fees, the aircraft service, maintenance,
$3.50/gallon Jet A and you might consider the Flight Crew, both cabin
and Flight Deck who train every six months for your personal safety,
(as well as theirs) so that the aircraft travels safely from BOS to
RSW for $ 69. The numbers can't work!

Yes the $250,000/year Captain's are few and far between, work with it!
The number is going to be more like $125,000 like Jet Blue, and my
plumber, jeez and my Mechanic.
