Default Big Agnes or ThermaRest sleep pads?

I'm looking for a sleep pad for COMFORT. This will not
be used for backpacking but will be used inside van or
RV with or without a cot

Having said that....any advice on Thermarest or Big
Agnes pads? What to get? and why for van dwelling?

I'd pick neither. Big Agnes leaks to much, and Therma rest is for hikers/
backpackers. Id pick a Pacific Outdoors Pro core or Mega mat. Its the most
comfortable and is designed for rough use in a vehicle. Here's the link.

You asked about comfort in a vehicle without a cot. Vehicles can be
somewhat harsh on pads. There's things to catch on. Floors are uneven.
There's sometimes bolts and things there. I have the pro core. It is for
maximum comfort in a vehicle .It is bullet proof, but can be rolled up.
The only thing that can take rougher use is a bed mattress. But you asked
about Big Agnes or Therma rest. Big Agnes is hit or miss, and have a lot
of failures. On their plus side, I haven't heard anyone not get a new one
if theirs leaks when new. Therma rest can be bullet proof. Not very
comfortable either. But in a vehicle weight is almost not important and
comfort is. So you cant beat either of my suggestions, because they are
very thick, 4 season , and designed for vehicles. Good luck.
