I once remember seeing a site that told you where different internet cafes
were located. I am trying to find out information on where I could find
cafe's at NRT,SFO, and DEN airports and in BKK when I am there also.

Thanks,
Doug

The A concourse at Denver had banners all over the place about a month ago
announcing wireless access.

There were similar signs at BKK last week advertising Wi-Fi there.

T-Mobile has service at SFO's international terminal (and elsewhere).
I haven't had problems with t-mobile, except I would rather have free
service. Unfortunately, Wayport doesn't serve SNA (I usually fly)
Wayport isn't a free service, just that we don't pay as our company was
an investor. To get any access at SNA I have to hang out near the
Aadmiral's club. Unfortunately, most of my flights depart from gate 14A.

Does this mean that the wireless is free or do you have to pay to get a code
to be able to use it? I have considered getting a wireless card for my
laptop.

Since they're only about $20, you'd be crazy not to if you ever travel. Some
places they are free, other places you have to pay.

For Narita, check he

I've used the Yahoo Cafe there, but you have to check your luggage in and
go into the departing passenger section of the airport- so no casual usage
by people just turning up at the airport. However, you can use the
computers there before going through Customs to head off to your gate.

As always,

I doubt it would be free in the public areas of the airport. All the
ones I've seen require you to buy a fixed amount of online time using
a credit card. Access in the airline lounges are normally free, and
you can sometimes hook into the overspill from them if you park
yourself just outside the lounge area.
