Default "Smart drug" suppliers in Thailand

A bit off topic, but I'm looking for an OTC drug called vinpocetine
(stimulates blood circulation) in Thialand. No luck yet. Plenty of
vitamin stores here (GNC and the like), but nobody has it. Does anybody
know a supplier in Chiang Mai, Bangkok, or elsewhere. Shipping it from
a supplier in the west is very expensive or unreliable so I wanted a
Thailand source.
