This can be both faster and cheaper than getting a visa at your local Vietnamese consulate/embassy. If you don't have a visa in your passport or a letter saying that you have a pre arranged visa, you won't be allowed on the plane to Vietnam. However, I think people would be much happier dealing with a physical company rather than a rather anonymous email address. I know I would. In any case, Mr Van Tours shouldn't be spamming here.
