how long is a Thai "30 day visa".
30 days, of course, but...
If I get stamped into Thailand on Apr 1st at 12 noon, say, is my last day in Thailand April 30th, or is it the 31st, provided I get out before noon? Thanks.

It won't be April 31st that much is for sure!!! :-) In all likelyhood it will be the 30th, they seem to prefer 29 days to 30-31. Our last one was arrival Friday Feb13th at 10:30 pm and we were admitted until Mar. 13th. I don' think they give a damn about what time of day you leave. Anette
