Edinburgh Haymarket Station
Have the improvements at Haymarket Station been completed?
I used to avoid that station when I had a heavy bag - long flights of stairs, dragging a case or two, are no fun. I'll go on to Waverly (tram from Edinburgh Airport) if the elevators aren't in place, but I'd prefer connecting at Haymarket. |

The tram stop at Haymarket is right next to the station. The one in Princes Street is near Hanover Street and quite a slog along to Waverley if you're dragging a lot of luggage. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- e m a i l : j a c k @ c a m p i n . m e . u k Jack Campin, 11 Third Street, Newtongrange, Midlothian EH22 4PU, Scotland mobile 07800 739 557 http://www.campin.me.uk Twitter: JackCampin |

I haven't been in Edinburgh for 2 or 3 years - I was hoping they'd finished. I've booked my ticket, and plan to take the tram to Haymarket. |
