What is the rationale behind charging fees for booking last minute
(under 21 days) award travel when using the AA website? The transaction is automated and there is no FedEx involved. How do they justify the fees? |

Because AA wants you to fly them often, for which they give you "miles" in
return. They just don't ever want you to use them! "Traveler" wrote in message om...
