Perhaps the parents, on negligence charges. In Germany the minimum age for
criminal charges is 14 years, so both kids would have committed an offence,
but both could not be charged.

The whole thing does not smell too good. The girl was not supposed to enter
the disco (where she met the boy), she shared the hotel room with her sister
who apparently did not notice anything. It is hard to believe both kids.

The girl's mother wants to see blood. Is she too religious? At what age did
she kiss a boy for the first time? A slap would have been more useful than
the police.

learnt affair, whilst sexual attraction is usually determined in the
womb.
