The spin-meisters at O'Hare would beg to differ... maybe they voted
twice.. :-)

It depends on by "busiest" if you mean the most flights or the most
passengers.

Of course passengers...

If I'm air traffic control, passengers are irrelevant. If I'm baggage
handling, it does make a difference. Perspective.

I'll be flying in from Cincinnati. The flight is on an Embraer 140 (ERD
whatever that means,) upon return, I will be flying on an Embraer 145 (ER4
whatever that means, again.) Does anyone know about these aircrafts? Which
seats should I avoid?

Regional jets with a 1 X 2 configuration. My preference is to sit on
the A side and toward the front when traveling alone, but not 2A.

On the flight to London, you'll arrive on Concourse G (most likely)
and connect out of H (or K). No need to rescreen through security and
its all of a 10 minute walk.

On the flight from London you will arrive at T5, do the immigration
and customs thing and recheck your luggage. Then it's a 2-minute tram
ride to Terminal 3, a couple of excalators, through security and to G
concourse. If you're traveling up front and as a US citizen, its
about 30 minutes. Otherwise, it can take up to an hour or so to do
this. O'Hare, in my opinion, is about as easy as it gets for this
transfer.

And grab the exit row...
At least on AA, this is numbered row 11 on the flights I fly from
SJC-SNA. I prefer the A seat when traveling alone as you have both a
window and an aisle, and no one to share you space or armrest with.

I always found the shortened armrest on the windo side to be
uncomfortable (in the exit row).
