Any time you are able to show the Koran prohibiting jihad and
conquests of infidels, please feel free to do so.

Care to point out where the bible prohibits Jihad???

Start with the Ten Commandments.

They don't seem to stop a lot of Christian/Catholic/Jewish killing.

That wasn't the question. To repeat, where does the Koran have a similar
prohibiton involving jihad and infidels?

Where does the bible mention "jihads" or "infidels" in the 10
Commandments?

Oddly enough, I thought the bible says we can be forgiven of our sins.
After all, GB is counting on it.

In an effort to stem the overweening flood of ignorance flooding
Western Civilization, why not try No. 6. Then see if you can come up
with something similar from the Koran or will fail again, becoming a
three-time loser.

Are youo referring to "Thou shall not kill"?

Koran Equivalents

....anyone who murders any person who had not committed murder or
horrendous crimes, it shall be as if he murdered all the people. (5:32)

"You shall not kill any person - for God has made life sacred - except in
the course of justice. If one is killed unjustly, then we give his heir
authority to enforce justice. Thus, he shall not exceed the limits in
avenging the murder, he will be helped."(17:33)

When the sacred months have passed away, THEN SLAY THE IDOLATERS WHEREVER
YOU FIND THEM, AND TAKE THEM CAPTIVES AND BESIEGE THEM AND LIE IN WAIT FOR
THEM IN EVERY AMBUSH, then if they repent and keep up prayer [become
believers] and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them (9:5)

FIGHT THEM: ALLAH WILL PUNISH THEM BY YOUR HANDS AND BRING THEM TO DISGRACE,
AND ASSIST YOU AGAINST THEM. (9:14)

FIGHT THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN ALLAH, nor in the latter day, nor do they
prohibit what Allah and His Messenger have prohibited, NOR FOLLOW THE
RELIGION OF TRUTH, OUT OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE BOOK [Christians and
Jews], until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and THEY ARE
IN A STATE OF SUBJECTION. (9:29)

O you who believe! Fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and
let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard
(against evil). (9:123)

I WILL CAST TERROR INTO THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE. THEREFORE STRIKE
OFF THEIR HEADS AND STRIKE OFF EVERY FINGERTIP OF THEM. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY
ACTED ADVERSELY TO ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER; AND WHOEVER ACTS ADVERSELY TO
ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER - THEN SURELY ALLAH IS SEVERE IN REQUITING (EVIL).
THIS - TASTE IT, AND (KNOW) THAT FOR THE UNBELIEVERS IS THE PUNISHMENT OF
FIRE. O you who believe! When you meet those who disbelieve marching for
war, then turn not your backs to them. And whoever shall turn his back to
them on that day - unless he turn aside for the sake of fighting or
withdraws to a company - then he, indeed, becomes deserving of Allah's
wrath, and his abode is hell; and an evil destination shall it be. So you
did not slay them, but it was Allah Who slew them and you did not smite when
you smote (the enemy) but it was Allah Who smote, and that He might confer
upon the believers a good gift from Himself; (8:12-17)

ANNOUNCE PAINFUL PUNISHMENT TO THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE (9:3)

O Prophet! Urge the believers to war; if there are twenty patient ones of
you they shall overcome two hundred... (8:65)

Surely the vilest of animals in Allah's sight are those who disbelieve
(8:55)

"Fight those who do not believe in Allah...And the Jews say Ezra is the son
of God; and the Christians say Christ is the son of God; these are the
words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved
before; Allah's curse be on them; how they are turned away!" (Koran 9:29-30)

And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should
be only for Allah (8:39)

I've never had a problem getting meat in India.

Has anyone?

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
Time for tea.

I can probably find at least a dozen bible verses about violence you
wouldn't agree with. So, what is your point?
How many times has the US backed attackes on Muslims that weren't
attacking anyone?

That's right. If they can make an exception for mother's milk, they can make
an exception for Sikhs' turbans. It's an old and apparently nearly extinct
concept called "common sense."

Your perverted view and hysterical hatred is an insult to all
Muslim-Americans, especially those serving as officers, enlisted men and
women, and religious chaplains in our armed forces.

It is extremely un-Christian as well. Shame on you.

No.. there shouldn't be any exception. If you believe terrorists will
use liquids and have no problem inconveniencing millions of belief for
this reason, then you should not permit liquids of any kind.
If you are checking headwear or shoes for weapons of millions of people,
why would you exempt people? Even if the Sikh's aren't the terrorists,
how do you know the person dressing like a Sikh is actually a Sikh, or
just dressing that way because he knows he will not be searched the same
way (if they permit an exampltions for Sikhs)

I agree, one hundred percent. No exceptions AT ALL.

Which means that your sweet old granny, flying to the Cleveland Clinic for
heart surgery, should be taken out of her wheelchair and have her rectum
searched by hand by TSA agents, because who knows if she's not really a Sikh
dressed up like a frail old lady, with bombs hidden up inside her?

You're right. No exceptions means NO exceptions.

Do you have a cite for this event where a "sweet old granny" had her
rectum searched?

If this happenened, it wouldn't have been a part of normal screening and
there would be some reason to suspect something was hidden. This is a
bit different than making everyone remove shoes or head ccverings.

We are talking about standard screening where there should be no
exemptions for removing shoes, etc. How do you make the leap to some
specialized screening of someone's rectum? Which airport has this as a
part of standard sceeening that everyone goes through?

Let's see them so we can compare them.
