Default Omaha to Portland OR, lowest altitude

I know there are several routes one might take between
Omaha and Portlant, Oregon. Is there any way to find
out which way involves the lowest altitude? TIA

Just go I-80 & then I-84. The passes are no higher than other routes and the
grades are not as steep. If someone that will be riding has motion or
altitude problems you need to have them see their doctor for proper medication
no matter which route is used.

Yes, get a map which shows railroads as well as highways and try to
follow railroads. Railroads have a powerful incentive to reduce altitude.

Go south to Dallas, then west, then north through California to Portland.
