The city is so corrupt, that no decent cop wants to be considered for the
vacxant Chief of Police job!!

All the honest out of town candidates have withdrawn their names from the list
of possible candidates, when they found out how crooked is the city
management, police commission and the many crooked senior cops.

Yes, cops have been involved in many serious crimes, that have been
publicised, apart from many that they have covered up!

Correction: the number of ADMITTED homicides, inside city limits, is
now 32 so far this year.

Does not include those corpses MOVED OUTSIDE city limits, whether by
crooked cops, judges, or lawyers, all familiar with injustice system.
There has been a rash of bodies found outside city limits this year,
suspected of being killed inside city by serial killers!

Also about Edmonton....Ralph Klein introduced energy uyilities
deregulation a few years ago.It caused suicides and the lost of hundreds
of dollars a year to each consumers.
Elderly people keep their house cold in the winter.Many houses in
Edmonton looks deserted at nights...
The deregulation with the flat tax implanted by Klein has made millions
even maybe a billion of dollars a year going to the rich....

This is an obscure side of Edmonton,the least we could say.

The probabilities that it is a cop that is the serial killer are very
real.
Interesting fact : They is a case of a cop serial killer in U.S.A. that
was caught killing womans....Their is many similarities it seems ....

Of course the fact that the Edmonton Police claimed many times that
they are the best police force in Canada; would make a serial killer
within their force uncatchable.
Anyway as a rule of thumb no cop would dare investigating another cop
in such a matter....

The truth is that the Edmonton police in the last few years has shown
to be one of the worst police force in Canada.That force showed
repeatedly
rudeness to perfectly honest citizen.
They also attack freedom of expression.Making it a perfect ground for a
serial killer that would dump the victims outside the city limits.
He would think of himself as a kind of vigilante.Frustrated of the
justice sysytem that release the hookers he arrests.
And to thank the City that gives him a good job with very good wages
and great benifits ,he get rids of hookers that he dumps outside the
City limits....
And of course he knows that the City of Edmonton has the mentality to
project the image to the population that their cops are elites of the
population....
he feels that he is not a monster but a great guy.....
Such cop killer would always be perfectly shaved and would have his
hair cut short( a brush cut maybe?)...to not laeve any eveidence...
Don't forget such a killer would have all the training in crime scene
examination.
