Default Chicago area travel agents for cheap Chicago-Tokyo ticket

A friend needs to fly ORD-NRT within a few days. I already know about
JTB, but would appreciate if you know of other good discount travel
agents or consolidators handlng this route. Thanks.

: tell your friend to contact the State Department...she/he can fly free if
: he/she is willing to courier

Is this a serious option? Anyone here used it?

: she/he's gotta be squeeky clean tho

You mean background check etc? How long do they take?
