Default US -> Germany tourism down by 20%

I don't think the decline in U.S. tourism to Germany can be attributed solely
to decline in the level of services to Germany. Many U.S. tourists who visit
Germany enter Europe through other ports like London and Paris and then take
tours which pass through Germany. Thus you have to look not just at the
decline in the level fo services to Germany but also at the decline in services
to Europe as a whole. In any event, this is more of a chicken and egg
situation. I beleive the decline in tourism is what caused, to some extent,
the decline in trans-Atlantaic services (the other reason being the decline in
business travel).
