Default London to Bath Coach?

Where might I find some information on bus/coach routes from London to Bath?
I can find rail information but there is too many confusing bus/coach
companies listed on the internet. I will be in the UK the first part of
January and I and my traveling companion want to make a day trip to Bath
from approx 0800 to 1600.

There is one main coach operator that I am aware of for this
route: National Express. See http://www.nationalexpress.com

The fastest coaches are direct ones (about 10 a day) which take
at least 3hrs 15mins i.e. 6-7 hours travelling for the return
trip, so it may be a longer day than you were expecting.

Personally I would take the train which is much faster (1.5 hours)
If you can book in advance for a fixed schedule you should get
a good deal, especially on a weekend,

Philip

What Philip said. It is absolutely the way to go. The train from Paddington
Station (I assume you're coming from London) is inexpensive, easy, and
frequent. Bath is an easy day trip from London. It's also a beautiful place
to visit.

Hi,
I went by coach with Astral Travel. They use 16 passenger buses and have
different combinations of places they stop. Check out this link for more
info.
