Second Hand Smoke Toxic

It's about time and the other states need to follow. Too many parents
killing their children with second hand smoke in the home and the
family car. Talk about tough LOVE !

Arnold Schwarzenegger tried to pay me big bucks to be an expert
witness of how deadline second hand smoke is. I smoked for 30+
years without any ill effects. My daughter has now been smoking
20 years while I quit in 1992, sick and tired of politicians making
decisions for its citizens on subjects they know nothing about. My
daughter has not suffered any ill effect from 2nd hand AND 1st hand
smoking.

My wife, who had never smoked, had just recovered from cancer
last year. Quacks would say her cancer was caused by second hand
smoke. California politicians are quick to jump on the bandwagon of
Quacks.

I'd say the 'Merkins are dying from deteriorating GENES, from
generations of inbreeding, especially among those who Jeff
Foxworthy ("You may be a redneck if ...") would say has a single-
trunk family tree.

I've made almost 2000 scuba dives since, many in swift currents
that blew other smokers and non-smokers butts away. And my
air consumption rate is so good that I've often been accused of

It's amazing how smoker trash always cry "nazi" when people expect the
right to breathe fresh air. Forcing those of us who care for

I have been a heavy smoker, and I have been a non-smoker for the
past 14 years. You don't hear me telling others to smoke or not to
smoke. As a scientist, I know the scientific evidence about the
effect
of second hand smoke is at best tenously speculative.

My father smoked heavily. My mother
never touched a cigarette in her entire
life and was never exposed to much
cigarette smoke except around my father.
During one of her first
hospitalizations around age 55, the
doctor was sure she she was a long-term
smoker, because her pulmonary function
tests were not very good and there was
no other reason why. She was classified
as having moderate COPD. That could
only have been due to secondhand smoke.
